Well today was just supposed to be a meet and photo with TAD and their client Jaxon but it turned into so much more. I am now the Ambassador for TAD an organisation who fits me perfectly They make modified bikes for severly disabled kids so they can ride independently and being a cyclist myself I am amazed at how terrific these bikes are how they give kids the freedom I feel myself when I ride So thank you TAD I'm so honoured to be a part of your wonderful organization. Look at photos on TAD page below.

Well at last a minute to update my blog The last six weeks have flown by but have been packed with so many awesome experiences Cardiff Staging Camp was productive and entertaining Move into the village was smooth and I enjoyed a room of my own for the first week of the games until my roomy Carol arrived for the Road Races First ride on the Track 3000m I was a dream come true finally I broke the WC1World Record after 4 years of trying and the icing on the cake it was the first World Record to be broken on the Velodrome for the Paralympic Games The 500m TT could have been a disaster and at first I thought I'd blown my chances after a mid race Spac Attack but somehow I held on and broke the World Record and took the Bronze Medal after forcing the Silver and Gold Medalists to break their own record to beat me Road TT improved by one place from Beijing and I was having a lovely ride in the park in the Road Race when on the 4th lap I was taken out by a C5 male rider who misjudged his pass of me and down we went He continued but my derailer was broken so I got bandaged up and played spectator for the rest of the day He did come back after the race and apologise but these things happen So now it's onto all the commitments that come with being a Medalist I'm loving it Can't wait to see my Sponsors The Sydney Market Foundation on the 27th and present them with a small gift Well off to Bankstown Sports Club with my Coach Tom Skulander for a talk. blog again soon Jayme
