At last time to wish you all a very Happy New Year. 2010 finished with me still very busy with APC & PSC Visits plus training twice a day six days per week. Have been in Wales with Ashley since 27th Decemnber we are celebrating his 21st Birthday today still Gym training three days per week but having a fantastic time. I'll be back in Sydney on 24/1 and the season begins a week later with the Australian Track Championships then off to Adelaide in February then onto Italy for the UCI World Paracycling Track Championships. Back to Sydney for a little while then up to the Sunshine Coast for Australian Road Championships and the Oceania Road Championships then Sydney and the UCI Paracycling Road World Cup next to Spain via Italy for another round of the World Cup back home for a while then off to Denmark for the UCI Paracycling Road World Championships Well thats about all for now I'll fill in Month by Month as things come up Hope you continue to enjoy my blog
